Consultancy vacancy - Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) Civil Society Advisor

Dear Forum members,

End Water Poverty - Sanitation and Water for All are looking for a Civil Society Advisor

Deadline: 8 August 2014

Interviews: Around 22 August 2014

Background

The Sanitation and Water for All partnership (SWA) is the leading global partnership in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector. It consists of over 90 partners, including developing country governments, donors, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and other development partners. The partnership aims to catalyse political leadership and action, and improve accountability within the WASH sector. All partners work towards a common vision of universal access to safe water and adequate sanitation.

Since 2011, End Water Poverty (EWP) has been supporting CSOs to effectively engage in the SWA at all levels – globally, regional and nationally. EWP, a global coalition of over 270 organisations, is looking for a consultant to facilitate CSO engagement in the SWA. The EWP global secretariat is hosted by the international non-governmental organisation, WaterAid.
